This renovation project was for an innovative telecommunications service company. The brief was to transform a pre existing space with minimal demolition, into a Customer Experience Center.
Our design proposal broke the norm of the typical Customer Care Centers in Nigeria. We truly created an Experience Center by using 3 principles: Segmented Queueing, Encourage Exploration and Create a Social Atmosphere.
We combined these with the company’s brand imagery and colors to produce an Interior and Exterior Renovation project that was worthy of an innovative company such as this one.
